What NoCeM does

NoCeM is a distributed, authenticated abuse signal. Trusted issuers publish signed notices containing Message-IDs of unwanted articles. TCPReset verifies each signature against its dedicated keyring and honours only the issuer and notice types listed below. It complements ingestion-time filtering because a notice can identify spam after the article has already propagated.

This page exposes aggregate node status only. It does not publish cancelled article contents, Message-IDs, client addresses or private logs.

Rolling 24-hour window

Notices excluded by policy are received successfully but are not signature-verified or applied because their issuer or type is outside the trusted policy.

The aggregate state covers the complete preceding 24 hours.
